Pork with capers
Instructions
Brown the chopped onion in the butter and add the anchovy, capers desalted crumbled, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 cup of broth, parsley and a little lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes.
Coat the steaks with egg and breadcrumbs, and fry them in oil, place them on a serving dish and pour over the sauce.

- 8 slices pork (sliced from 50 g)

- 50 g of butter
- 1 anchovy
- 70 g of salted capers
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 cup of broth
