Italian pork
Instructions
Cook in a pressure cooker without the lid the pork with a little oil and pancetta.
Season with salt and add the sliced apples, rum, sliced onion, chili and soup.
Close the pot and cook for 40 minutes.
Extract the meat, let it cool, cut into slices and place in a baking dish.
Mix the broth with the starch, pour over the meat and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
