Instructions
Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
Pour the tomato puree into a non-stick pan, add the garlic and cook it over medium heat.
Combine sweetened vinegar, adjust salt and stir.
After 5 minutes, pour the meat into the sauce and bring it to cooking.
Serve the meat in its sauce garnished with chopped parsley.

- 240 g of diced pork pulp
- 120 g of tomato paste
