Instructions
Larding meat, add salt and pepper externally, steccarla with garlic and Rosemary and lagarla.
To wither in oil a thinly sliced onion, then add the meat, floured and browned previously; Sprinkle with vinegar and let evaporate.
Moisten with milk and complete cooking, adding if necessary a little broth.

- 1000 g of arista of pork
- 50 cl of milk
- Broth
- 1 glass of wine vinegar
- Lard
- Rosemary
- Butter (or olive oil extra virgin)
- Flour
- Salt
