Instructions

FRY 3 cloves of garlic in half a glass of olive oil.

Add the meat and vegetables cut in pieces (except mushrooms).

Sauté everything by salting and peppering, cooking courses covering every now and then with water.

10 minutes before end of cooking add the mushrooms whole.
