Instructions
Salt and pepper chops and place them in a pan with a beaten of garlic and parsley and fennel seeds.
Cook over medium heat and when the chops are browned sprinkle with wine.
To finish cooking on low heat in covered container until the wine is absorbed.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 with fat pork chops
- 1 glass red wine (chianti red wine)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 == Pto fennel seeds
- Salt
- Pepper
