Boiled water
Instructions
Put the slices of bread in the soup-tureen condendole with plenty of olive oil and freshly ground pepper.
Boil in 3/4 litre salted water the sliced onion, the tomatoes and the Mint cut coarsely.
After 20 minutes, pour it all over the bread and let stand covered for a couple of minutes.
Serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 slices homemade bread stale
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 onion
- 4 sauce tomatoes
- Some leaves of wild mint (pennyroyal)
- Salt
- Pepper
