Herbed mayonnaise (2)
Instructions
Boil for a few minutes spinach in salted water, drain and let cool.
Then beat them with a sprig of tarragon and a bit of watercress.
Incorporated this cream to mayonnaise, stirring so that the mixture takes on a uniform green colour.
Adjust the salt.
