Baccalà alla napoletana with reinforcing salad
Instructions
Clean and cut the cod into pieces; flour and FRY in deep oil.
Meanwhile Cook the tomatoes in a pan with oil, garlic, chopped onion and chopped parsley; Add the capers and pine nuts and after a few minutes add the slices of cod.
Finish cooking.
For the salad of reinforcement boil cauliflower buds and merge them with gherkins and pickled sweet peppers, pitted olives and Greens, anchovies and capers; drizzle with oil and vinegar.

- 2 peeled tomatoes
- Garlic

- 20 g of capers
- 20 g of pine nuts
- For the salad of reinforcement:
- 200 g of cauliflower
- 100 g of gherkins and pickled sweet peppers
- 10 black and green olives
- 100 g of anchovies
- 10 capers
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
