Maki rolls
Instructions
Cut the tuna into strips about 5 inches long and about 1.
5 cm.
Proceed similarly with the cucumber.
Pave seaweed leaves and cover with a layer of rice 1/2 cm thick, leaving a border of 1 cm.
Add the tuna and cucumber Strip.
Wrap the seaweed and cut the rolls thus obtained in large slices of equal size.
Decorate the dish with a few slices of ginger and a bit of soy sauce to dip the sushi.

- 120 g of fresh tuna fillet
- 1 cucumber
- 4 leaves of seaweed nori
- 600 g of rice
- 20 g of chili
- 100 g of ginger
- Soy sauce
