Instructions

De-boned salt cod, do it in regular pieces and FRY quickly, floured, in hot oil.

Drain and place in a baking dish greased with butter.

Sauté chopped onion in 25 g of butter, add the milk and let it boil 10 minutes moderately.

Pour the chopped parsley on cod, along with the onion.

Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees about 40 minutes.

Sprinkle with cream half-cooked and serve hot.
