Instructions

Cut the stockfish removing skin and spines, and pass in the flour.

At the bottom of a baking dish greased with oil formed a layer of pieces of salt cod; Sprinkle with a pinch of chopped prepared with garlic and basil, grate over half of the parmesan and season with a little salt and a pinch of pepper.
