Mandarins in alcohol
Instructions
Use of the mandarins unpeeled small and thin.
Sbucciateli and cut them crosswise slices.
In a saucepan pour 100 cl of water with sugar, place on low heat and turn off only when you will be formed a syrup.
Let cool, and join, gently, mandarins and the juice that will be given off during cutting.
Put on the fire for a few minutes and then drain them and let them dry on a plate.
Add syrup and alcohol mix.
Arrange the mandarins in glass jars and then cover it with liquid cooled.
Close and wait a month before enjoying.
