Almonds in gelatin
Instructions
Sprinkle the gelatin with water, leave it until it is softened, then stir to dissolve.
Add milk, cream, almond essence and the sugar and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled Bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator until it becomes solid.
At this point, cut 4 pieces and serve after sprinkled with pieces of fruit.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 tablespoon of non-flavoured jelly
- 8 cl of boiling water
- 25 cl of almond milk
- 8 cl of cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of almond essence
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 200 g of chopped fruit
- Olive oil
