Instructions
Prepare a syrup by boiling the water with sugar, moderate heat, until sugar has dissolved.
At this point add the almonds and cinnamon, stirring constantly with wooden spoon 1.
When it all starts to Crackle mix again for a few minutes until the sugar will adhere to almonds, without doing it brown or caramelize.
Pour the almonds to 1 sheet of foil just oil, anointed by separating them and causing them to cool down.
