Manzo al brandy

Related to the flesh, steccata with Rosemary and Laurel, with kitchen string, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry it in butter.
Add half of the brandy, let it evaporate over high heat and then remove the meat from the fire.
In a baking sheet place onions cut into thin slices, add the meat and wet with brandy.
Bake in the oven already warm for about 1 hour, basting occasionally with a little vegetable stock if necessary.

- 1200 g of beef scannello
- 500 g of onion
- 30 g of butter
- Rosemary
- Laurel
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable broth
- 1 glass of brandy
