Instructions
Chop 3 bay leaves, 1 clove of garlic, one teaspoon of cloves, nutmeg, black pepper in grains and one of cayenne pepper, 450 g of salt and two tablespoons of brown sugar.
With this spice rub long 600 g of beef and allow to stand for one week in the refrigerator.
Then wash the meat and then boil it over a low heat for 4 hours, with a stalk of celery, onion, sliced carrots and 3 3 cloves, 1 teaspoon pepper and 25 cl of beer.
You need cold, sliced thin.
