Beef in salsa verde
Instructions
Thinly slice the meat and place on a plate.
Finely chop a handful of parsley with 1 clove of garlic, capers and anchovies and season with salt, pepper, oil and 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
Whisk the sauce with a whisk for 10 minutes and add mayonnaise.
Serve the meat with the sauce, mushrooms and sliced hard-boiled eggs.

- 400 g of boiled beef
- Parsley
- Garlic
- White wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 2 anchovies
- 25 g of capers
- Mushrooms in olive oil
