Instructions
Mix the spices and salt, spargetele on the cutting board and strofinatevi the meat on all sides in order to flavour it to taste good.
Bind them with string and gilds it in a pan with a little oil and Brown flame lively first on all sides and then continue cooking covered saucepan for 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of rosette of beef (sirloin or scannello)
- 1 teaspoon of powdered cardamom
- 1 teaspoon of powdered thyme
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons of black pepper
- 4 teaspoons of salt
- 2 leaves of laurel
- Little of olive oil
