Instructions
Crush the almonds and mixing with the icing sugar and cocoa, softening with egg yolks and cognac, but leaving the dough pretty compact.
Form of pellets, pass them in chocolate sprinkles and place them in plastic moulds, special pastry.
Let stand in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 125 g of sweet almonds
- 125 g of icing sugar
- 125 g of cocoa
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 dram of cognac
- 100 g of chocolate granules
