Instructions
Place in a saucepan of cold, the fish does not exceed 2/3 of the ability, the cod, sliced onions, chopped parsley, dietary oil and 2 glasses of dry white wine.
Bring to the right temperature, making sure to fry the cod from all sides and not to blacken the onions; Add 1 ladleful of water, add salt, pepper and close the lid.
