Instructions
Soak in a container of glass leaves, sugar, wine, lemon peel, cut into thin strips.
Stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
After 45 days, add alcohol and allow to sit for another 20 days, then filter and bottling.
To mature for a few months before consuming.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 leaves of amarena
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 100 cl of wine
- 200 g of sugar
- 330 g of alcohol
