Strawberries jam
Instructions
Clean and wash the strawberries very quickly, then let them drain well.
Place them in a large mixing bowl with sugar.
Mix well and leave to macerate for 15 hours.
Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring often and quickly.
Pour the hot jam and let cool.
You can also sterilize it for twenty minutes, but the conservation will be just as safe if ricoprirete each jar with a layer of sugar moistened with pure alcohol or liqueur to taste.
In this case before you consume the jam, stir well.
Sugar and cover the liquor will make even more perfumed.
To prepare this jam will also use garden strawberries, slightly decrease the dose of sugar.
