Fruit jam
Instructions
Peel and cut the fruit into small pieces and put it in sugar to macerate for at least 12 hours, remembering to stir occasionally.
After this time, pour in a pan low everything, add lemon rind, cut into small pieces and simmer without lid on very low heat for about 2 hours.
Let cool the jam before you pour it into containers for storage.

- 500 g of apples
- 500 g of ripe plums
- 300 g of sugar
- 1 lemon zest
