Instructions

Peel the grapefruit and cut the Peel into strips.

Put in a saucepan the strips of bark covering them with water and boil them for 5 minutes.

Repeat this operation for 5 times to lose the bitter taste.

Put in a pan the diced grapefruit slices, strips of Peel and sugar.

Cook until the liquid become gelatin.

Remove from heat, let cool and then put all in glass jars with hermetic seal.
