Instructions

Remove the 3 grapefruit Peel, removing the outer part and then the inner white, that you will put to bath separately.

Cut the rest of the fruit into small pieces and put it in a bathroom covered with water.

Squeeze the juice of 3 large oranges, cut the rest into small pieces and put it in a bathroom for a whole night and boil.

Drain and add the pieces of grapefruit.

Add just enough water to cover and simmer until the fruit is softened.

Add the orange juice, weigh and add equal amount of sugar.

Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the jam is ready.

Pour warm again in jars, let cool and chiudetelicome above.

If you do not use the jam you can also seal the jars by dripping along the margin of the cap of the liquid wax.
