Rosehip jam with honey
Instructions
Collect rosehips when I am so mature that detach easily from the branch, and make a killing in many because each Berry contains a lot of little pulp.
Clean and remove their black dot that stands at one end and that is nothing more than the rest of the flower (or pink).
Now have fun go to the berries Mashers, so as to remove skins and seeds, collecting the pulp.
Weigh the pulp obtained and add equal weight of honey (acacia honey Board or a Wildflower, however fluid and not too spicy).
Your preserves is ready, then transfer into containers and enjoy it.
Keep in mind that not being cooked still contains all of its vitamin c.
