Marquesa de chocolate
Instructions
Mix sugar, flour and egg yolks in a saucepan.
Slowly add the milk.
Heat gently turning with a blender so that it does not form the granolini and until the consistency of mayonnaise.
Add the butter, a little at a time, stirring the mixture.
Remove everything from the flame.
Add in grated chocolate, vanilla and orange peel.
Mix it in until dissolved completely.
Beat the egg whites until they are firm and combine them gently with the rest.
Pour the mixture in jars and allow it to cool for at least 5 hours.
Add the whipped cream before serving.

- 50 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 4 eggs separated
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 50 g of butter
- 200 g of plain chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
