Cod with polenta
Instructions
Brown the sliced onions in olive oil, add the tomatoes peeled and cut into fillets, salt, pepper and restrict the gravy.
Fry the pieces of floured cod in the seed oil, salt and pepper.
Let stand for 15 minutes in the sauce.
Serve with toasted polenta slices on the wire rack.

- 800 g of already soaked salt cod
- 450 g of scallions
- 400 g of ripe tomatoes
- Little of flour
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Seed oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- Some slices of grilled polenta
