Instructions

De-boned and stockfish and washed, chopped it, dry it with a cloth.

In a bowl, beat an egg and embed three tablespoons of flour, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, salt, pepper and a little white wine, just enough to get a fairly thick batter.

Dip in batter cod pieces and FRY in a pan with hot oil.

Golden sgocciolerete and shall serve them immediately.
