Instructions
Melt 2 tablespoons ghee or margarine in a saucepan.
Flour the chicken pieces and cook until they start to Brown.
Remove from the Pan and set aside.
Fry the onion for 5 minutes, then add the curry powder, and after about 1 minute the tomatoes.
Simmer for a few minutes and then put in the chicken pieces.
Pour in the broth, add salt and pepper and cook for about 30 minutes until the meat is tender.
Meanwhile boil water in a pot and cook the unpeeled bananas for about 20-30 minutes.
Let cool and, as soon as possible, Peel and mash in a bowl, adding a little milk and margarine and seasoning with salt and pepper.
Pour in a serving dish, arrange over the chicken pieces and pour the sauce.
Serve immediately with spinach and zucchini.

- 6 green bananas
