Instructions
Grease and flour a 22 cm square Tin with high wall.
Prepare the dough: beat 2 eggs with 100 g sugar until mixture is puffy and white.
Together, causing them to fall to rain from sieved, flour, cornstarch and a pinch of salt, stirring very well: pour the mixture into the mould and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Boil the milk.
In a bowl beat together 2 eggs and 1 yolk with 80 g sugar: combine the milk, stirring with a wire whisk, then add little zest of Orange.
When the pasta is cooked remove from pan and on a wire rack and let it cool; cut it in half; ponetene one half on the bottom of the mold, clean and lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with 1 glass of liqueur and spalmatela with half Orange Marmalade.
Cover with the second pastry square, also sprayed with Curaçao and put over the remaining Marmalade; pour slowly over dough stuffed the mixture to milk, leaving that to be absorbed.
Then place the mould in a hot water bath and wash it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Put the cake on the serving dish, removing the wax paper.
When it is cold put it in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
