Instructions
Till foams, into a bowl, butter and sugar.
Meanwhile, add the yolk and instant coffee.
Dip biscuits in cold coffee 8 arrange on serving dish and cover with 1/3 of the cream; lay on top of other 8 wet coffee biscuits and cover with cream.
Finish with the last layer of cookies and cream and dust with cocoa.
Keep in refrigerator for 3 hours.

- 125 g of butter
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
- 3 cups of cold coffee
- 1 egg yolk
