Instructions

Cook lentils with carrots, celery, shallot and bay leaf.

Salt pepper and a little oil.

Drain the lentils, cover with the jelly (dissolve three sheets of isinglass) and garnished with carrot slices and red pepper strips.

Leave in the fridge for a few hours.

Served as an appetizer.
