Mix the meat with cheese and the beaten eggs; savoury pies.
Make meatballs rather squashed.
Cook quickly in a small frying pan with butter and two tablespoons of oil, place them on a buttered baking dish, over each Meatball placed a slice of mozzarella, cover with the sauce and put in oven at medium heat.
Remove when the surface is golden.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of pulp minced beef
- 80 g of grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of butter
- 1 pack of béchamel sauce ready
- 1 mozzarella
- Olive oil
- Salt
