Instructions

Soak the cod in plenty of cold water for 1 or 2 days.

Cut into pieces, flour and sauté in olive oil.

Add the garlic and the Onion diced and peeled tomatoes and sliced.

Season with salt and pepper and cook covered for 20 minutes.
