Melanzane alla parmigiana and salad of green beans
Instructions
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes the aubergines.
Boil the beans, drain them and let them cool.
Place in a salad bowl, combine the rings of onion and season with a well emulsified citronette of mustard, lemon, oil, worcester, salt and pepper.
Serve hot accompanied with Eggplant salad of green beans.

- 1 pack of melanzane alla parmigiana
- 450 g of green beans
- 1 fresh spring onion
- Mustard
- Lemon
- Olive oil
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
