Baked apples with custard

I take apples, possibly renette, sbuccio and remove the core; the put it in a baking dish, stuff the center hole with raisins, walnuts and candied orange rinds.
Before you start to fill bath an hour these three ingredients in half a glass of good sweet marsala.
Once stuffed, cospargo apples, brown sugar, bathroom with the marsala of the marinade and bake for 30 minutes at 180-190 degrees, along with another half cup of marsala wine.
As soon as I remove from the oven, cover with custard, leave to cool, a little cream, cospargo with walnuts chopped walnuts.
