Baked apples with almonds
Instructions
Roasted almonds in the oven; wash and peel the apples and cut them into thick slices an inch.
Grease an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with sugar and arrange the Apple slices.
Sprinkle with the marsala and put in oven at 170 degrees for half an hour.
Apart from a double boiler melt the marmalade, pour it on the apples and place in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 large apples
- 80 g of apricot jam
- 70 == G peeled almonds
- 1 dram of marsala wine
- 50 g of sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 30 g of butter
