Apples with honey
Instructions
Remove Apple cores, place them in a saucepan with lemon rind 3.
Dissolve honey in so much water enough to cover the apples.
Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Arrange the apples on the plate, loosen the jam in the remaining syrup and cook for a few minutes, then pour it over apples.
Sprinkle apples with chopped walnuts and serve.

- 1 lemon
- 5 tablespoons of fluid honey
- 4 tablespoons of jam
- 10 nuts
