Apple rum
Instructions
Peel and cut into 8 slices apples.
Cook them in butter for pianissimo 20 minutes, turning often.
Then spolverizzarle with sugar and sprinkle with rum.
Turn up the heat and make them lightly caramelize.
Serve with custard or zabaglione.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 great delight apples
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of sugar
- Or zabaglione custard
- 1 dram of rum
