Cinnamon apples
Instructions
Wash apples, remove the core with the appropriate tool and steam cooking.
Bring to a boil 1/2 liter of water with cinnamon; leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Then bring to a boil and cook over apples always steam for 20 minutes.
Mix the yoghurt with 50 g sugar and grated Orange rind.
Arrange apples in individual saucers, spolverizzarle with a little icing sugar and a pinch of granulated and serve that with the yoghurt.

- 4 apples
- Granulated sugar
- Icing sugar
- 400 g of yoghurt
- 2 oranges
- 2 sticks of cinnamon
