Instructions
Peel the apples and remove the core.
Boil for 10 minutes 2 tablespoons sugar in 3/4 of liter of water then place the apples and cook for 20 minutes.
Prepare a cream whipping the yolks with sugar and marsala wine and allow it to thicken in a Bain-Marie.
Cool apples and cream.
Arrange apples in 4 cups, wet them with their syrup and pour of cream.

- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of marsala wine
