Baked quince
Instructions
Peel the quinces and deprive them of the core after being cut in half; cut them into wedges to lay them on the bottom of a baking dish.
In a bowl put the honey by joining the orange juice and wine.
Mix and pour over apples.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil, set the oven at 220 degrees and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve cold.

- 8 quinces not big
- 100 g of acacia honey
- 200 g of orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of red wine
