Instructions
Cut the shell of each meloncino and keep it aside.
Remove the seeds and inner strands of fruits, then with 1 spoon, remove, from time to time, many rounded plates of melon pulp.
Put then within each meloncino strips of flesh, place them in corona, sprinkle with icing sugar and wet them with the port.
Close the opening of each meloncino with matching CAP and put them in the fridge for 3 hours.

- 4 meloncini small
- 1 glass of porto wine
- 6 tablespoons of icing sugar
