Melon and watermelon
Instructions
Peel the melon as if it were an Apple.
in the widest part 4 round slices cut out; deprive of seeds and filaments; put the slices one on top of the other, cover and keep in refrigerator.
From advanced and half melon melon cut with a special scooper so many balls, place them in a bowl and add the marsala.
Before taking on the table lay the slices on individual plates and fruit in center hole place the balls pyramid of watermelon and melon.
Decorated with mint leaves put on top and serve.
