Fill a glass for pousse-café with cocoa cream.
Then slowly pour the cream with the help of the back of a spoon so that the two mixing ingredients.
If the first fails to do so, try again with slightly whipped cream.
Stick the cherry on a toothpick or cocktail on a skewer, place it on the glass and serve.
