Melon surprise
Instructions
Cut in half the melon.
Carefully empty the two parts of seeds and filaments, then with a special scooper obtained from the pulp so many balls trying not to waste wrappers because they serve by Cup.
Collect the balls in a large bowl, add raspberries, grapes, peaches, skinned and cut into cubes, sprinkle the fruit with a few tablespoons of sugar and then drizzle with a sweet liqueur maraschino type desired.
Macedonia split in two half-melons, place in the refrigerator and lasciateveli for at least 2 hours before serving.
