Surprise melons
Instructions
Uncover each melon to three-quarters, eliminating the seeds inside and pulling the flesh with a teaspoon or a scavino, suitable to form small balls.
Set aside to cool, the barks of melon with their hats.
Pour into a bowl balls of melon pulp and put them in the fridge to marinate, with strawberries, adding sugar and Cointreau.
After an hour or two, garnish with melons and fruit mixture, cover again, put some fancy garnish and serve very fresh.

- 4 small melons
- 200 g of strawberries
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 glass of cointreau
