Small melons at the port
Instructions
Cut a small canopy from each melon and keep it aside, remove seeds and filaments and extract, with the tip of a spoon, rounded plates of melon pulp.
Place within each melon pulp, sprinkle sugar, drizzle with liqueur and refit the CAP.
Refrigerate for about 3 hours and serve.

- 4 small melons
- 1 glass of porto wine
- 6 tablespoons of icing sugar
